Notes:

Playing memory: V+M = memory 1, V+D = memory 2, V+U = memory 3 (click 2nd button within 1/3 second)
Fast tune and scan modes use the current step size
D+U at the same time will start scanning immediately
Beacon mode can be entered by holding M momentarily while a message is playing
